Animated Screensaver Maker is a very simple tool that lets you create screensavers by using an image and adding effects, such as moving water, to it.
Anyone can use this easy-to-use program. All you need to do is pinpoint the place where you want the effect to begin, as well as the intensity of the effect.
To activate the screensaver you must go to screen properties and the screensaver tab (the use of screensavers created using Animated Screensaver Maker is activated by default). However, if you don’t have the program installed, you won’t be able to use the screensavers.
