IconXP allows professional and amateur graphic artists alike to create and edit icons with smooth transparency.

Thanks to IconXP you will be able to create and edit icons in standard or custom sizes with up to 16 million colors

It supporsts ICO, ICPR, BMP, JPEG, ANI, CUR, GIF, PNG, WMF, XPM, XBM, WBMP and Adobe Photoshop PSD) and you can convert them directly into icons. Of course, you’ll be able to export your icons as those formats too.

Now you can custom your folder and file icons, and to create your own icons, IconXP allows you to modify images with drop shadow, smooth, rotate, grayscale, colorize, and more effects.
